Return & Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to every order placed on https://fiboved.com/  for Fibo products, including single SKUs and the Fibo KIT.

Why returns are limited

Fibo is a consumable food product. Once a sachet leaves our hands, we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, so for hygiene and safety we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or opened and partly used sachets.

What we cover

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The package arrived damaged, leaking, or tampered with.

  • You received a different product from the one you ordered.

  • Items are missing. For the KIT, this includes fewer than 18 sachets.

  • The product reached you past its expiry date.

How to raise a request

Write to reachout@fiboved.com or message +91 9033-231-839 within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the product and outer package, and an unboxing video if the issue is damage or missing items. Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Resolution

Once we verify the issue, you choose between a replacement and a refund. Replacements depend on stock; if the item is unavailable, we refund. We may ask you to keep the product for inspection or arrange a reverse pickup. Please do not ship anything back unless we ask.

Refund timeline and mode

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days and go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5 to 7 business days to show the credit. If the error was ours, we also refund the shipping fee.

Cancellations and undelivered orders

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a delivery without a valid reason, or the courier returns it because of an incorrect address or no response, we refund the product amount less shipping charges.
