Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India to all pin codes served by our courier partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on those days begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

  • Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations: 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, regional restrictions, and courier load can add time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹299 and above. Below that, a flat fee of ₹150 applies. The exact charge shows at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

After dispatch, we send a tracking link by email, SMS, or WhatsApp to the details on your order.

Multiple items and the KIT

The Fibo KIT ships as one pack of 18 sachets, with 2 sachets of each of the 9 SKUs. If your order has several items, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days, with no extra charge to you.

Address accuracy and delivery attempts

Please give a complete and correct address with a working phone number. Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no response, the order returns to us and is handled under the Cancellations and undelivered orders section of the Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or tampered packages

If a package looks opened, torn, or damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept it where the courier allows refusal, or photograph it and record an unboxing video. Report it within 48 hours as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

Delays beyond our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, regional lockdowns, or courier network disruption. We will keep you informed where we can.
